Our firm started in 1998, with a natural person manufacturing dual-wing chalkboards. Since 2002 we have been operating as a limited-liability company.

In 2003, we took advantage of our specialization and dominant market position and purchased a foreign technology for manufacturing white and colored chalk.

To date, the most sizable investment made by our firm was the purchase of a new manufacturing plant in mid-2003 to expand our capacity to manufacture chalkboards and chalk. Until that time, we were only able to produce 500 chalkboards per year. This production volume has been increased several times over thanks to our new, larger manufacturing facility.

Since mid-2003, our firm has also been manufacturing white and colored school chalk.

Our high-quality chalk is the most suitable writing material to be used on our boards because it is has a very low abrasive impact on the writing surface(our chalk is free of foreign substances).

Since 2004, our firm has also started to distribute into the czech market the new technology of Pylon-mounted boards with magnetic surface for use chalk or fix.

SKOTAB L.t.d. was established especially for the purpose of producing of school blackboards. Our important objective is also development of new types of school and office blackboards.
